2. Hosting and server logs

This website is delivered through Vercel. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data, including the IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser type and operating system. Processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website and is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server logs are retained only for as long as required for operation, security and troubleshooting.

3. Google Fonts

This website loads font files from Google Fonts. A connection to Google servers is established and your IP address in particular may be transferred. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in a consistent and appealing presentation of the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Cocktail menu via Sanity

The current cocktail menu is provided through Sanity. When you open the menu, your browser may connect to Sanity or its content delivery network. Technical connection data such as your IP address may be processed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing an up-to-date menu under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Google Maps

Google Maps is not embedded on this website. We provide an external link only. Once you click that link, you leave our website and Google’s privacy terms apply.

If you contact us by phone or email, we process your details to handle the request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted once it is no longer required for its purpose and no statutory retention obligation applies.
